BC&P requires a unique talent for an integral customer service role in their Jersey City based marketing team. We are looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude and a desire to make a difference.

As the Customer Service Agent, you will deal with all incoming leads whether they have been generated by yourself or by any other chosen method. This will include making contact via face to face marketing channels and making sure that the lead is seen right through to the closing deal in the most appropriate manner.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that the brand standards are met across all platforms.
  • Promoting the brand and its values at all opportunities.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers to ensure Customer Experience priorities are delivered upon as agreed by our client.

  • Passion, enthusiasm, with a great customer service ethic and high problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, additional European language is desirable.
  • Able to work well under pressure with good time management and multitasking skills.
  • Able to manage results through others and maintain a positive, productive work environment.

Experience & Skills:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Passionate about helping customers
  • Ability to assimilate data and information in order to answer customer queries
  • Ability to Complete tasks with speed and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Independent, self-motivated and reliable to maintain high-quality work without supervision standards
